Students completing Summer PE/Health during the Summer of 2019 will need to complete the following requirements independently for the Health component.

Requirements:

Part 1:  Complete all activities within the attached health activity packet below (10% of overall Summer Health/PE grade).  This must be submitted to your summer health teacher by the deadline provided.

Part 2: Participate in a 40-45 question multiple choice exam on the date scheduled by your summer PE teacher (10% of overall Summer Health/PE grade).  There is a study guide below that contains topics you will need to research/study for this exam.  There are also links to useful sources of information to review for each set of topics.

Please begin work on these requirements early so that you can contact your summer PE teacher with any questions you might have.  There are both Word and PDF versions of each document below.
