FOCUS is Penn Cambria’s online gradebook and student information system.
Students can access FOCUS by selecting “Sign in with eMail” on the login screen.

FOCUS also has a Parent Portal that allows parents to access various types of information regarding your child; including information such as Attendance, Behavior, Grades, and Scheduling information.
NEW for 24-25! Parents can submit excuse notes for absences electronically!
When your child is absent, you will get a notice link on the FOCUS Parent Portal that your child has an unexcused absence without a note. You can click that link to go to the attendance page, scroll down to the date of absence, and hover over the Excuse Note area to upload a note or a picture of your excuse note. Your child’s building will get notification that the note has been uploaded and can then review to either approve the absence as excused or provide an explanation if the absence can’t be approved as excused. Parents are still welcome to send in a paper excuse as well.
In order to access your child’s information, you will need to establish a parent account. If you wish to create an account, please use your computer’s internet browser to go to the following PARENT PORTAL website:

When you access the website listed above, click “I DO NOT have an Account Registered on the Parent Portal” to setup your account. Enter the following information. The information must be entered exactly as it is on file in our system.
Parent Name
Parent Email address
Your Child’s Student ID Number
You will create only ONE account. Once you have created your account, you will be able to add your child(ren) to that account.
Please contact your child’s school if parent or guardian contact information needs updated.
